SARC Global, NODWIN Gaming Partner to Boost India's Esports Sector

Strategic advisory firm SARC Global and NODWIN Gaming announced a partnership aimed at accelerating esports growth in India as new government policies create favorable conditions for the sector.

The collaboration will focus on tournament promotion, monetizing NODWIN's intellectual properties through sponsorships, and advocating esports-friendly policies with government stakeholders. The partnership comes as the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill, 2025 creates a more favorable regulatory environment for the sector.

SARC Global will leverage its policy advocacy expertise to secure government support for digital gaming, particularly as states including Maharashtra, Bihar and Rajasthan advance pro-gaming policies.

"The collaboration will create new commercial opportunities for esports and help in building a sustainable ecosystem, aligned with the goal of PM Narendra Modi towards Viksit Bharat," said Sunil Kumar Gupta, SARC Global's chairman.

NODWIN Gaming CEO Gautam Singh Virk said the partnership would bridge competitive gaming with business and policy frameworks to create a sustainable, future-ready esports ecosystem.

The timing appears strategic as India's esports sector faces rising brand investment and regulatory clarity. Maharashtra recently announced policies to promote digital gaming, providing what SARC Global senior partner Rajendra Bagade called "strong tailwinds" for the sector.

NODWIN Gaming Partners With International Games Tribunal on Dispute Resolution

NODWIN Gaming signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the International Games and Esports Tribunal to embed IGET's dispute resolution framework across its operations. The agreement was formalized during Global Esports Industry Week 2025 in Austin, Texas.

The partnership ensures disputes arising across NODWIN's portfolio, including tournaments, influencer management, content production, and brand activations, will be handled through an independent process. By integrating IGET into its governance structures, NODWIN reinforces its commitment to integrity and transparency while aligning with international standards supporting global esports growth.

Established by the Esports Integrity Commission in partnership with the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center, IGET provides tailored Alternative Dispute Resolution services across integrity cases, contractual disputes, sponsorship matters, and intellectual property conflicts.

"We are delighted to be working with NODWIN Gaming and to see their adoption of IGET's framework as a cornerstone of their operations," said Stephen Hanna, IGET's Executive Director. "This decision reflects the values of integrity and trust that are vital to the continued growth and professionalism of global esports."

NODWIN Co-founder Akshat Rathee said the partnership strengthens trust foundations as the company expands across emerging markets, ensuring stakeholders have access to credible dispute resolution processes.
